To Whom It May Concern:
I know you've heard this before, but I had to tell you again-- you make a GREAT watch!
My daughter dyed my hair yesterday, and in all the towels, I misplaced my Timex. I was really upset because the numerals are large so it's great in the classroom (I'm a professor) because it's so easy to read. Also, the face lights up, so it's great at night, too, and I often consult it when I'm in the theatre so I can determine whether or not I can make my train home. I have a lovely diamond watch, which I never use because I can't read the face.
Well, I did two loads of laundry and lo! I washed my watch. It still works perfectly! The leather band is a bit damp, but the watch is unscathed.
You make a fabulous product.
Thank you--
Laurie Rozakis, Ph.D.

Over the years, Timex has received hundreds of letters from nice people like you. We've heard about Timex watches that have been loved and lost, and others that were found and cherished. We've had many people offer to do commercials testifying for Timex quality and durability. Photos and watches are sent that have been through more than any watch should have to endure, and yes they are always still ticking.
Here at Timex, those letters are passed around. We smile, chuckle and listen to your ideas, and it gives us a warm feeling that you took the time to write us.
Thank you for brightening our day with your letter, and especially, thank you for appreciating our products. It's people like you that keep us ticking.
Sincerely,
Timex Group USA Inc Customer Service.pa
